Nitin Sahare is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience leading complex civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand. He holds a master’s in construction management from AUT and is pursuing an MBA from Warwick Business School. Currently working as a Senior Project Manager - Complex at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Nitin has successfully delivered multi-million-dollar projects, collaborating with government agencies, utility operators, and contractors. His expertise spans project planning, risk management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. An active member of Engineering New Zealand and SIGIE (Special Interest Group for Immigrant Engineers), Nitin is passionate about mentoring immigrant professionals and helping them navigate career challenges through networking and professional development.
